Eto'o se queda en el Barca

El Manager del Barcelona, Sr. Darwin, ha dado casi por seguro que el delantero camerunés Samuel Eto'o continuará esta temporada en el club azulgrana, aunque ha subrayado que la decisión final se tomara al terminar la temporada.

El manager, sólo ha tenido palabras de elogio hacia el jugador africano, especialmente porque ha detectado en los entrenamientos y por haberse manifestado con unas más que aceptables condiciones físicas. "La actitud de Samuel es buena y lo celebro enormemente. Apesar de la intencion que teniamos de venderlo, Eto'o ha sido un profesional" destaco el estratega. El manager no esconde que existen "clubes interesados en Eto'o" y que el delantero barcelonista "es un referente mundial en su posición y muy cotizado, propio de los mejores jugadores de su posición, por no decir el mejor".

El presidente reconoce que "Un Samuel motivado y con buen marketing, todos los equipos lo querrían tener. Talvez no estamos valorando lo que Eto'o aporta al Barca ", apunta, en alusión a las ofertas que ha hecho el Barca a varios clubes por Eto'o.

Con 11 puntos en la liga, el Barca tiene muy minimas probabilidades de ganarla. Lo unico que queda ahora es la copa, y si Eto'o impresiona aqui pueda ser que se valore mejor en el mercado de la CL.

WECL- OVERATED??? THINK AGAIN ROMA !!

After allegations by Roma board of directors that the WECL Champions League was simply just “OVERATED” and claiming that it was not that competitive at the start of the tournament, Roma seems to be getting a taste of what the league is all about. A Barcelona club, currently on its worst form, was able to pull an upset at Stadio Olimpico Wednesday night beating Roma 3-0.

Barcelona started in a 4-5-1 formation and unlike previous matches, this time Barca was able to hit first. Roma had the opportunity to score first after a Suazo drive ending in a weak inaccurate shot. Barcelona gained controlled of the game after this. Barcelona’s versatility in midfield is what caused Roma lots of problems. The balance afforded by Toulalan and Essien meant that a middle pairing that offers both defence and imagination is possible. Barcelona did not look like the impotent, easily-anticipated mess they so often proved to be on the road during the first half of the season. It took 45 minutes for Barcelona to seal the win with 2 goals by Samuel Eto'o and one by Essien. Barca could have added more to the score with Messi and Eto'o missing two clear chances in the second half.

Roma will now have to reconsider his opinion with regards to the toughness of the league. At any given time, anyone can shine in this league..at any given time, anyone can lose. Roma had 7 points deducted last week after the Commissioners found the club guilty of conspiring to play a match after its set date and playing a game against Chelsea close doors, which is not allowed. The team is looking for some inspiration in new signing Gilardino. Some say that the sale of Bojan and Babel has caused discontent in the locker room and this is beginning to show on the field.

ROMA’s unique style of play has caught the league by surprise, upsetting high profile opponents such as Santos and Barcelona in the first half of the season. Fortunately, the league’s ability to adapt to new styles of play has been a trademark they are most proud of. So, let it be known that the WECL Champions League could be one of the toughest leagues around. ASK ROMA !

todo parecia indicar que la roma, era equipo chico pero la cosa no es asi anoche demostro en el olimpico que la roma esta para grandes cosas y de so no hay ningun secreto derroto al penta le puso entre las cuerdas le jugo de "tu atu" y fue contundente ala hora de jugarle santos se vio apagado no era el mismo de antes fue 90 minutos de futbol ahora solo queda esperar que le depara el futuro en la corte de suiza ala roma tiene juicio, en la liga y hay que pagarlo todo parece indicar que la liga no marcha bien unos lloran otros rien que le espera al milan al santos al chlesea, y otros mas inplicados en le escandalo del siglo, el domingo se va a saber surtes a todos la liga unida por una sola causa 10 equipos para siempre hay loba para rato....

Roma crushes Santos at Olympic 4-1

Roma had a terrific start with 2 early goals. Camoranesi with the first goal, taking out Evra and Patrick Vieira on a unbelievable dribble run. Nasri scored the second goal just moments later in the 6th minute. An interview was made on manger Xavier at half time, " We have to keep cool, we are up against the Penta, we can't go easy on them, well try to keep it up the second half." The second half kicked off, and as said, Roma keep it up with a goal by Diego Milito.
However, Santos wouldn't give up , RVP scored a goal for Santos but Roma retaliated. Roma " I'm coming for Barca next."

WECL Meeting

WECL anuncia una reunion el proximo domingo en la casa de Miguel. Aparentemente, hay algunos temas para discutir despues del final de la primera vuelta. Espero que todos estemos alli, y nos respetemos al discutir. El comisionado Señor Villatoros esta dispuesta a tomar las riendas y hacer que se respeten las reglas.
