Manchester United boss has a proposal for the league, a simple and easy concept to understand. We should have rules but eliminating the concept of executing a team. All other rules would stay but this one would be eliminated and forgotten. If a member does not want to play (Ferdi) it is obvious to tell, therefore we eliminate the team. It is a simple concept to understand. Rules make the league competitive, at this moment it is not at its highest level of competition. We need to have rules in order to make it an organized and competitive league. The winner of this year’s league is not considered a true champion (in my opinion), maybe in play ability but not in management, fair play in and out of the game, respect, motivation, discipline, and honor of the game. We have also seen where a losing team seems to give up and release the controller during a league match. Is this competition? It is not competition, its 3 free points which can affect one and benefit the other. This is a game where we have to play our best to know who really deserves to be champion. When has Santos been late to a game, when has Santos broken any rules, when has Santos needed anyone’s help to be champion? The fact is that Santos is a true champion, because for him it is very simple, come to the game on time, follow simple rules, and always stay in a positive behavior. Doesn’t anyone want to knock off the “hexa” Santos and say “I did it by myself?” I know I do because I want to demonstrate that I can compete at a high level and do the same as the champion. “What ever he can do I can do” “Whatever he can do I can do better”
For those who cannot make it to a game on time
League matches can be arranged between both adversaries but with proper excuses. One week behind schedule is understood but two weeks is out of the question. This not only puts one member behind schedule but others as well, it has happened where one member has to play up 4 games in one day. Is this good for the members who come on time hoping to play a game, but later find out they can’t because last week's game hasn’t been played? Sure, take your time for one week it is understood, but two or more is just wrong unless you have a proper excuse.
This is a game
Yes it is a game but I’m sure everybody likes competition. It will not hurt to come to a game on time and play any time of the week. If you lose you lose, it is not the end of the world, just play the game to the best of your ability and enjoy what happens afterwards.
Well my friends all I’m saying is to have rules to make it competitive and enjoyable for all of us.
If you are against this proposal it is OK because I remember that friendship is always first.

Well written proposal. I also believe Santos is the example to follow. Not a perfect team, but one of the most consistent and exemplary.
See, I would agree to having rules back in the league. You know that Moi and I were the creators of this idea. I am still disappointed for what happen when Arsenal and Milan were disposed of their team.
Not admitting that you are at fault is not proper to the league. Maybe an "i'm sorry, please give us another chance" would have done it.
Barca's condition to your proposal is as follow:
* Discard all sanctions during that period excused. (this include ROma, Chelsea, Inter, Madrid, Arsenal and Milan).
* A written statement making both Chelsea and Santos champions (this is not for me, but for the hard work Chelsea did). -I will also feel bad if other teams sanctions were excused and not mine.
* ALSO: HAVE NO SANCTIONS IN THE RULES. IF YOU NOTICE, THE SANCTIONS HAVE ONLY CAUSED RESENTMENT.
* IF SOMEONE IS NOT FOLLOWING THE RULES, HAVE THE COMMISSIONERS TALK TO THEM AND FIND OUT THE REASON. A FINAL JUDGEMENT WILL BE MADE AFTER THAT. (SOMETIMES WE DON'T CONSIDER OUR FRIEND;S PERSONAL PROBLEMS IN LIFE...WE SHOULD AT LEAST TAKE THAT INTO CONSIDERATION..that's what friends do after all..right?)
*LETS NOT TAKE AWAY THE OPPORTUNITY FOR A DRAFT (SINCE IT'S ONLY ONCE A YEAR) AND ALSO THE OPPORTUNITY FOR TRADES.
THE LEAGUE, I INSIST, IS COMPETITIVE. ANYONE THAT SAW MADRID'S GAME AGAINST SANTOS LAST NIGHT..WOULD KNOW WHAT I MEAN. I AM PRO-RULES. I BELIEVE IN THEM, BUT IN OUR CASE, WE HAVE A COUPLE OF MEMBERS THAT ONLY CAUSE CHAOS AND CRITICIZE OTHER TEAMS, MAKING OUR RULES A HUNTING TOOL.
I'M GLAD YOU WROTE THIS PROPOSAL. IT MAKES SENSE AND IS CONSTRUCTIVE.
WE SHOULD ALWAYS HAVE CONSTRUCTIVE COMMENTS LIKE YOURS.
I KEEP SUGGESTING THAT WE ALL WRITE THE NAME OF OUR TEAM WHEN WE POST A COMMENT. AND ALSO, ELABORATE YOUR IDEAS. A DESTRUCTIVE COMMENT IS BAD, BUT A DESTRUCTIVE COMMENT WITHOUT AN EXPLANATION IS EVEN WORST.
